      本公司產品產自國酒茅臺之地—茅臺鎮。位于貴州省遵義仁懷市赤水河畔,當地環境群山環峙,形勢險要,是川黔水陸交通的咽喉要地。地處貴州高原西北部,大婁山脈西段北側,北靠歷史名城遵義,南臨川南。赤水河航運貫穿全境,仁茅丹、茅習、道茅公路匯聚于此,是連接川黔的重要樞紐和連接歷史名城遵義和國家級風景區赤水的通道。
      1935年3月,中國工農紅軍長征途經馳名中外的國酒之鄉茅臺鎮,部分紅軍戰士在當地一家知名釀酒作坊里駐扎、休整,部分紅軍戰士傷痕累累,當時藥品緊缺,于是這家釀酒作坊用老酒為戰士清洗傷口、消除疲勞,效果神奇。建國后這家知名釀酒作坊已成為貴州小飛酒業集團生產基地。

      Guizhou Xiao Fei Wine Business Group Co. Ltd. is an AAA grade credit quality brand enterprises in Guizhou Province, which mainly produces special liquors. The wine factory covers an area of 280 mu, and it has the annual output of 8000 tons every year. Out of doors each of the storage tanks can keep up to 300 tons of wine, In the underground indoors can save 30 tons of wine, and its base wine storage capacity is 13,800 tons. Nowadays, the company has a professional team of hundreds of employees mainly for production and sales of the company; the main operating species are: "Xiao Fei Tian Wine", “Xiao Fei Di Wine”, “Xiao Fei Ren Wine”,”Xiao Fei He Wine”, “Fei Zui Bu KE”, “Homes of Ge and Miao”, and “Xu Ran”, and so on, which are famous series of liquor and own independent trademarks.       The company's products are produced in Maotai Town, where the national wine --Maotai Wine is made. The company is located on the banks of the Chishui River in the city of Renhuai,Zunyi,Guizhou Province. The company’s environment is so beautiful and friendly, surrounded by green trees and fragrant flowers, and all kinds of the birds singing in the woods. The terrain of the company is very advantageous and is the key point of water and land transportation leading to Sichuan and Guizhou. The company is located in the northwest of Guizhou plateau, the north of Big Lou Mountains west, and the north of the historic city of Zunyi. And in the south it gets close to the south of Sichuan. The Chishui River’s shipping runs through the whole territory, and the roads Renmaodan, Maoxi ,and Daomao meet together in Maotai Town here, which are an important hubs connecting Sichuan and Guizhou and channels connecting the historic city of Zunyi and the National Scenic area Chishui.
      In March,1935, during the Long March, the Chinese workers' and peasants' Red Army went through the hometown of the world -famous national wine Maotai Town. Part of the Red Army soldiers settled down and rested at a local well-known wine shop, and the rest part of the Red Army soldiers were badly wounded here and there. At that moment, because of the drug shortage, the brewery used old wine for cleaning the soldiers’ wounds so as to get rid of the fatigue and amazingly, the effect is so magical. After the founding of new China, the well-known brewery has become a production base of Guizhou Xiaofei Wine Business Group.

釀酒工藝
      釀酒工藝公司系列產品釀造工藝:采取的是茅臺酒的釀造工藝,茅臺酒的原始、古老、傳統的釀造技術是世界上蒸餾酒中絕無僅有的獨特工藝,其精華主要體現于季節性生產、高溫制曲、高溫堆積、高溫蒸餾接酒、長期陳釀、精心勾兌這六個極其重要的生產環節。
      ——季節性生產。國內一般白酒釀造,一年四季都可以投料生產,只需經過一兩次,至多四、五次發酵蒸餾取酒,便完成一個生產周期。而本公司所銷售白酒的釀造,則是順應季節變化的自然規律來進行,一年一個生產周期,“端午踩曲,重陽下沙投料”。同一批原料,要歷經八次攤涼及加曲堆積發酵、九次蒸煮、七次取酒的復雜生產過程。
      ——長期陳釀。新酒烤出后,按照七個輪次、三種典型體、不同年份分類裝壇入庫,高溫制曲、高溫堆積、高溫蒸餾接酒是“高溫釀造”工藝的精髓,是一個最富有科技創新內涵的典型范例。
      ——高溫制曲。酒制曲溫度高達62℃,需經二次翻曲,40天成熟,再存放半年以上。為成品酒帶來了大量的微生物、香味物質和香味前軀物質,這在世界蒸餾酒中是獨一無二的。
      ——高溫堆積。這是釀酒師針對高溫制曲而設計的堆積工藝,且堆積溫度要達到50℃左右。高溫堆積為入池發酵網羅、篩選、繁殖了大量微生物,并帶來了大量的香味香氣物質及其前軀物質,這在世界蒸餾酒中也是獨一無二的創舉。
      ——高溫蒸餾接酒。本公司所銷售白酒的接酒溫度在40℃左右,比一般白酒高出15℃。高溫蒸餾接酒,能有效排除揮發性強的硫化物和其他剌激性的低沸點物質,更多地保留不易揮發的高沸點香味物質。
      ——精心勾兌。新酒陳釀三年后,先小型勾兌,再大型勾兌。公司所銷售白酒中從不添加任何外來物質,而是將純糧固態釀制的不同輪次酒、不同典型體酒、不同濃度酒、不同酒齡酒進行勾兌,是技術與藝術的結合,也是理論與實踐的融合。本公司所銷售白酒獨樹一幟的釀酒工藝,既是原始、古老、傳統釀造工藝的經驗積累傳承和創新,又是一項十分科學、合理,符合現代生物技術的釀酒工藝。

      -- Long-term aging. After the new wine was baked out, it is often stored according to the seven rounds, three kinds of types of distiller's yeast, different years with classification, making distiller's yeast at high temperature, high temperature accumulation, high temperature distillation and gathering of wine is the essence of process of " brewing wine at high temperature”, and is a typical example of the rich connotation of the innovation of science and technology.
      -- Making distiller's yeast at high temperature. The temperature of making distiller's yeast is high up to 62℃, and distiller's yeast is turned over for twice, and it is mature for 40 days, and then are stored for more than half a year. Bring a large number of microorganisms, aroma and flavor substances in the finished wine before the body, and this is the only one in the world of distilled liquor.
      -- High temperature accumulation. This is the process designed for making distiller's yeast   at high temperature by the winemakers, and the temperature accumulation up to 50℃, and high temperature accumulation is a fermentation snare of entering the pond , selecting, breeding a large number of microorganisms, and brought a lot of flavor substances and precursor substances, which is unique in the world in distilled liquor.
      -- Pick up the wine at high temperature -- high temperature distillation. The temperature of liquor picked up, which are sold by the company is about 40 ℃, 15 ℃ higher than the general liquor.
